We want you to love your gear, but if something’s off, here’s how we handle returns.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Final Sale Items:
    • Custom and engraved items are not returnable.
    • Blemished and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

⚙️ Return Conditions & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee applies to returned measuring boards or any order that originally received free shipping.
  • Opened But Unused Items: Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Customer-Caused Damage: Items damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Prepaid Labels: We offer prepaid return labels—we’ll deduct the cost from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return Authorization Required: Please contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

💸 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: All refunds are processed as credit card chargebacks.
  • Exchanges: We offer product-for-product exchanges on eligible items. No store credit available.

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email sales@ketchproducts.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged item (and packaging if applicable)
  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, replacements or refunds will be issued based on the situation.

📌 Other Notes

  • NET30 and Dealer Orders: Returns are accepted under the same policy as retail orders.
  • Pro Team & Affiliate Orders: No special return rules apply, same policy as above.

Seasonal Restrictions: None—policy applies year-round.

🌎International Orders, Duties, Fees, and Returned Shipments

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, carrier fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Ketch Products does not determine, collect, control, or guarantee the amount of these charges and is not responsible for customs-related fees, delays, inspections, holds, or delivery interruptions. Customers are responsible for confirming all applicable import requirements, restrictions, duties, taxes, and fees before placing an order.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, rejected, or returned because the customer does not pay required duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import-related costs, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ketch Products reserves the right to deduct all costs associated with the refused or returned shipment from any eligible refund, including:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Carrier fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Customs charges
  • Duties or taxes assessed to Ketch Products
  • Storage, handling, or administrative fees
  • Any other costs incurred as a result of the shipment being refused, abandoned, rejected, or returned

Any remaining refund will be issued only after the shipment has been returned to Ketch Products and inspected. If the total costs associated with the return equal or exceed the value of the merchandise, no refund will be issued.

International customers are also responsible for all shipping costs associated with approved returns or exchanges unless the return is the result of an error by Ketch Products. Original shipping charges, import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs charges, and other international fees are non-refundable.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all applicable import charges and agrees to the terms stated above.
