3. OUR SERVICES
Ketch Products Inc. designs, manufactures, and sells fish measuring boards, kayak accessories, and related gear. We also offer custom engraving, branded promotional items, and sponsor-related programs. While we strive for accuracy in all listings, occasional pricing or inventory errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any orders containing inaccuracies.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, designs, graphics, and other intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to Ketch Products Inc. You may not reproduce or use our content without explicit written permission.
5. USER CONTRIBUTIONS
By submitting photos, reviews, or other content to us (including via contests or social media), you grant Ketch Products Inc. a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional purposes.
6. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors). We are not responsible for any third-party services, content, or policies.
8. AFFILIATES & PRO TEAM
Participation in our Affiliate Program or Pro Team is by invitation only. Participants agree to promote our products in good faith and in accordance with FTC disclosure rules. Abuse of codes or misrepresentation may result in removal from the program.
9. DMCA NOTICE
If you believe content on our site violates your copyright, please send a takedown request to info@ketchproducts.com with the following: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) where it appears; (3) your contact info; (4) a statement under penalty of perjury that the claim is accurate; and (5) your signature.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us to attempt an informal resolution. If we can’t resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Illinois law governs all disputes, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new terms.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest will remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Ketch Products Inc. regarding the use of our Services.
