We want you to love your gear. But if something’s off, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

Item Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom and engraved products

Clearance or blemished items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Important: We do not accept returns for custom boards or any item that has been engraved. These are final sale.

Do not send your item back without prior approval—unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order received free shipping, a $10 restocking fee may apply.

💥 Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance, especially for returns over $75—we’re not responsible for lost packages.
