Ketch Products Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your gear. But if something’s off, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Item Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom and engraved products

    • Clearance or blemished items

    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Important: We do not accept returns for custom boards or any item that has been engraved. These are final sale.

⚙️ Return Process

  1. Email us at info@ketchproducts.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Do not send your item back without prior approval—unauthorized returns may be rejected.

  3. Once approved, send the item to:

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your order received free shipping, a $10 restocking fee may apply.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement first.

  • Still nothing? Contact your bank—processing time can vary.

  • If you’ve done all that and still no refund, email us at info@ketchproducts.com.

💥 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@ketchproducts.com.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance, especially for returns over $75—we’re not responsible for lost packages.
