Ketch Products Warranty Policy
At Ketch, we build gear to last. All of our parts come with a lifetime warranty—because when you invest in American-made quality, you deserve lasting performance.
Note: For non-Ketch branded products sold on our site, warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturer. Please refer to their policy for details.
🛠️ What’s Covered
We cover the following under our lifetime warranty:
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
 - Damage incurred during shipping
 - All accessories and hardware (yes, even the bolts and brackets)
 
There are no category exclusions—if it’s made by Ketch, it’s covered.
⚠️ What’s Not Covered
We want to keep things fair. Here’s what’s not included:
- Normal wear and tear
 - Cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect function
 - Damage from misuse, modification, or improper installation
 - Damage caused during tournaments, extreme use, or accidents
 - Faded anodizing, unless proven to be due to a finishing defect
(Pro tip: UV rays will fade all anodizing over time. To preserve your finish, store your Ketch gear indoors or under a boat cover.) 
📩 How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, email sales@ketchproducts.com with:
- Your order number
 - A brief explanation of the issue
 - Photos of the affected item
 - Your contact information
 
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.
🔁 Resolution & Replacements
- We offer replacements only (no repairs or partial refunds).
 - We pay return shipping on warranty items.
 - Replacement items ship free.
 - The original product’s warranty continues—no resets on the coverage clock.
 
📌 Other Details
- NET30 orders, dealer orders, and Pro Team purchases are covered the same as all others.
 - We reserve the right to deny coverage in cases of abuse or intentional damage.
