Your Ketch ID uses 3M™ Dual-Lock™—not traditional Velcro.
It doesn’t feel sticky or fuzzy, and yes, both sides look nearly identical. That’s normal. You’re not missing a piece. You just need to press the two sides together until they click.

✅ How to Lock It Properly

  • Align the Ketch ID bracket and card holder

  • Push them together firmly—you’ll hear and feel a click when it locks continue until the entire two surfaces are “locked”

  • It’s reusable, super secure, and way tougher than hook-and-loop

  • No fabric = no stink = tournament ready
