Ketch Products Return Policy

We want you to love your gear, but if something’s off, here’s how we handle returns.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Final Sale Items:
    • Custom and engraved items are not returnable.
    • Blemished and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

⚙️ Return Conditions & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee applies to returned measuring boards or any order that originally received free shipping.
  • Opened But Unused Items: Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Customer-Caused Damage: Items damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Prepaid Labels: We offer prepaid return labels—we’ll deduct the cost from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return Authorization Required: Please contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

💸 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: All refunds are processed as credit card chargebacks.
  • Exchanges: We offer product-for-product exchanges on eligible items. No store credit available.

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email sales@ketchproducts.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged item (and packaging if applicable)
  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, replacements or refunds will be issued based on the situation.

📌 Other Notes

  • NET30 and Dealer Orders: Returns are accepted under the same policy as retail orders.
  • Pro Team & Affiliate Orders: No special return rules apply, same policy as above.

Seasonal Restrictions: None—policy applies year-round.
